Ms. Cohen has over ten years of legal and business development experience, primarily in the entertainment industry. Prior to joining Pure Power Distribution, Ms. Cohen worked in private practice representing numerous clients in entertainment related matters and then moved on to become General Counsel for a national branded events and marketing company. As General Counsel for Pure Power Distribution, Ms. Cohen is responsible for overseeing all legal and business activity of the company, along with spearheading various business development opportunities. Her business development work is focused on the entertainment and green building industries in Southern California.
