Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of marketing, community outreach and sustainability research. He has 15 years experience in marketing and advertising that includes Fortune 500 clients and numerous creative awards. He developed the Community Impact Reports©, a triple bottom line analysis of tax credit projects in low-income communities. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Oregon, authored numerous articles in financial and sustainability publications, and developed, as Managing Editor, Voices of the Armory, describing the history and redevelopment of the first LEED Platinum building on the National Register of Historic Places.
